How do you conduct the review sessions?
We have 2 setups of review programs:
In-person review - face-to-face review sessions:

Online review - sessions that are conducted via live online conference (Google Meet) to mimic a classroom setup and the interaction it entails. Assessment tasks are given via the Canvas platform.
What are the online platforms/apps needed during the review
Google Meet – the app used for online live conferences (synchronous activities) such as lectures and review sessions.
Canvas – examinations and assessment tasks are delivered through this platform.
Gmail and Telegram – review materials, announcements, and other information are shared via these platforms.

Full Paying Regular Reviewee

1. Choose from the available program options.

2. Pay through HitPay (e-wallets, cards, etc.)

4. Wait for further instructions via email.

- Summa Cum Laude – TOR or Certificate (Graduation/Honor/Diploma)
- Latin Honor recipient + Quizzer (PIChE Quiz Bowl participant)
– TOR or Certificate (Graduation/Honor/Diploma) + Certificate of Participation on PIChE National Quiz Bowl - Latin Honor recipient + Top 1 graduate of the batch
– TOR or Certificate (Graduation/Honor/Diploma) + Certificate indicating that you are top 1 graduate of your batch, issued by Chair, Dean, or Registrar.
*Bundle of 10 – application form listing all members, along with their school IDs as proof.
*Returnee – Previous Enrollment Agreement or any proof thereof
2. Wait for a reply via email
3. Upon submission and approval of all requirements, you will receive a voucher code via email. This code can be used during registration on the website.
*Bundle of 10 – The discount will be applied to the final installment. No voucher code is required during registration.
4. Refer to the procedure outlined for full-paying reviewees.
Are there any review materials included in the program?
Review materials and references are provided throughout the review period. Handouts are distributed to reviewees during the in-person and online sessions.
What will happen if I cancel my enrollment?
1. Prior to the commencement of the review session: : A reviewee who wishes to cancel their reservation must formally notify the management of Auxesis Review Center of their intention. The reservation fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to provide formal notice of cancellation to the management will result in the requirement to pay the full matriculation fee.
2. During the review session: A reviewee who wishes to cancel their enrollment at the Auxesis Review Center must formally notify the management of their intention. If formal notice is given on or after the installment due date, all outstanding payments will accumulate accordingly. The following examples will apply mutatis mutandis:

a. Notice to cancel the review was submitted before May 26, 2025. The reservation fee (P5,000.00) is due.
b. Notice to cancel review was submitted before 9 June 2025. Payments due are the first installment (P10,000.00) plus the reservation fee (P5,000.00).
c. Notice to cancel the review was submitted before 9 July 2025. Payments due include the first installment, the second installment (P10,000.00 + balance), and the reservation fee (P5,000.00).
3. The program elected in this Enrollment Agreement cannot be changed and/or modified without the written agreement of the reviewee and the Auxesis Review Center management.
Payment
How much is the reservation fee?
The reservation fee amounts to PHP 5,000.00. This amount will be deducted from the total matriculation fee if the reviewee availed himself of the program intended for.
Is reservation fee refundable/ transferable?
The purpose of the reservation fee is to “reserve” the individual from the available slot for the immediate incoming review class. Failure to use the reservation fee to its intended purpose will void the payment made. The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
What are the payment schemes and methods available?
Reservation fee: P5,000.00 (deductible from the total assessment)

What are the promos and discounts available?
Achiever:
• Summa Cum Laude
• Latin Honor recipient + Quizzer (PIChE Quiz Bowl participant)
• Latin Honor recipient + Top 1 of the batch
Reviewees who graduated with achievements as described above are free of the regular review (free tuition + miscellaneous fees) – Online setup.
Bundle of 10: Reviewees from the same alma mater may form a group of 10 full-paying members to avail themselves of a discount of P2,699.90 per member for the in-person review setup or P2,449.90 per member for the online review setup.
Early Bird: The first 100 successful reservations (or full payments) will automatically receive a P1,001 discount, which will be applied to their last installment. This promo can be combined with other promos and discounts.
Regular Review + Refresher + Coaching (Triple Package): A reviewee enrolling in the Regular Review + Refresher + Coaching package is entitled to a one-time discount of P4,499, which has already been deducted from the total amount displayed
Returnee: A returnee (a fully paid reviewee who has completed the entire regular review session from a previous batch) is entitled to a discount of P10,000.
Vouchers: The reviewee must present a valid voucher (P1,000 discount/Free review voucher) to avail of the discount.

Reviewees who graduated with achievements as described above are free of the regular review (free tuition + miscellaneous fees). This promo applies exclusively to the regular review program via the online review setup and cannot be combined with other promos or discounts. An official Transcript of Records (TOR), along with a certificate as proof of PIChE Quiz Bowl participation or Top 1 of the batch (as applicable), must be submitted (pdf copy) before the start of the regular review to avail of the promo. If the reviewee enrolls in another review center, the discount will be rendered null and void, and the reviewee will be responsible for the full matriculation fee. - Bundle of 10: Reviewees from the same alma mater may form a group of 10 full-paying members to avail themselves of a discount of P2,699.90 per member for the in-person review setup or P2,449.90 per member for the online review setup. Full-paying reviewees do not include Achiever, Free Review Voucher, or Returnee Promo grantees. The group must select the “regular review + refresher + coaching” (triple package), with all members following the same setup and section. An application form listing all members and their alma mater must be completed and submitted before making any reservations. Upon approval, all members must reserve their slots on the same day, no later than the start of the review. If any member withdraws or if any condition is not met, the discount will become null and void, with no opportunity for re-availment.
- Early Bird: The first 100 successful reservations (or full payments) will automatically receive a P1,001 discount, which will be applied to their last installment. This promo can be combined with other promos and discounts.
- Regular Review + Refresher + Coaching: : A reviewee enrolling in the Regular Review + Refresher + Coaching package is entitled to a one-time discount of P4,499, already deducted from the total amount displayed. This discount can be used in conjunction with the Bundle of 10 promo (as stipulated in b) or if not applicable, for individual enrollees.
- Returnee: A returnee (a fully paid reviewee who has completed the entire regular review session from a previous batch) is entitled to a discount of P10,000. The discount applies only to the regular review program and cannot be combined with other discounts. The returnee must present their previous enrollment agreement or any proof thereof. If the returnee enrolls in another review center, the discount will be null and void, and the returnee will be responsible for the full matriculation fee.
- Vouchers: The reviewee must present a valid ARC voucher (P1,000 discount / Free Review voucher) to avail of the discount. The review center reserves sole discretion to validate or invalidate any voucher presented. Only one voucher per enrollee per program may be used for this promo. If the reviewee enrolls in another review center, the discount will be null and void, and the reviewee shall be responsible for the full matriculation fee.
